I’m Mackenzie Marshall, an Independent Hairstylist at The Ritual Co., specializing in transformative blonding and extensions. I love creating the kind of hair that makes you look in the mirror and think, “Is that really me?”—while keeping the health and integrity of your hair at the forefront.

For me, the best part of what I do is seeing that moment of shock and excitement when a client sees their finished hair for the first time. I believe beautiful hair should not only look incredible in the salon, but feel attainable in everyday life. That’s why I take the time to educate my clients on their hair and recommend the right products and routines to help them maintain their results at home.

My chair is a calm, relaxed, and safe space where you can feel cared for, have a little fun, and trust that I’m going to guide you toward what is truly best for your hair. Whether you’re dreaming of your perfect blonde or ready for a transformation with extensions, my goal is for you to leave feeling confident, beautiful, and completely yourself.

Outside of the salon, you’ll usually find me traveling, shopping, enjoying a happy hour with friends, or spending time with my two dogs, Roro and Bellamy. I’m also a huge animal lover—and fun fact, I have a horse who shares my exact birthday!
