The Ritual Reserve is our flexible approach to making self-care a regular part of your routine, without locking you into a specific service each month.
Your monthly membership payment is deposited directly into your personal Beauty Bank, creating a growing balance you can use toward spa + salon service at The Ritual Co.
Use it every month, save it for a larger treatment, or let it build for the seasons when you need a little more self-care.
While your membership is active, you’ll also enjoy 10% off all products and services, helping your beauty budget stretch even further.
No predetermined treatments and no use-it-or-lose-it monthly credits, just your money reserved for your rituals, with extra savings built in.

Not much, but we believe you should know exactly what you’re signing up for.

Commit to yourself for at least 3 months. The Ritual Reserve begins with a three-month minimum commitment. After that, your membership continues monthly until you decide to cancel.

Your Beauty Bank isn’t refundable. Monthly payments and accumulated credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded, but any unused balance is yours to use according to the membership terms.

Give us a little time to say goodbye. Please allow up to 7 days for processing cancellation requests.

Your membership perks end when your membership does. Once your cancellation is processed, your 10% member savings and other active-member benefits end.

Unused Ritual Reserve Expires 5 years after cancellation. Any remaining credit will be converted to a digital gift card upon cancellation, giving you plenty of time to come back and use what you’ve saved.

What is The Ritual Reserve?
The Ritual Reserve is our flexible monthly self-care membership that earns you a 10% discount on spa and salon products and services. Each month, your $99 membership payment is added to your account as $99 in Ritual Reserve credit. You can use that credit whenever and however you choose at The Ritual Co.
What can I use my Ritual Reserve credit toward?
Your credit may be used toward any service, product, package, gift card, or gratuity purchased at The Ritual Co. spa + salon.
What other benefits do members receive?
Active members receive 10% off eligible products and services. At checkout, your discount is applied first, then your available Ritual Reserve credit may be used toward the remaining balance.
10% membership discount does not apply to packages, gift cards or gratuities.
Can I combine my membership discount with another promotion?
The 10% membership discount cannot be combined with another discount, promotion, package price, or special offer unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
Do my credits roll over?
Yes. Unused credit rolls over from month to month and does not expire while your membership remains continuously active and in good standing.
Is there a minimum commitment?
The Ritual Reserve begins with a three-month minimum commitment. You will be charged $99 for three consecutive monthly billing cycles, for a total minimum commitment of $297. After the initial three months, the membership continues month to month until you cancel.
Can I pause my membership?
No. Memberships cannot be paused, frozen, or temporarily suspended. If you need to stop your monthly billing, you may cancel your membership and rejoin whenever you are ready.
How do I cancel?
After completing your three-month minimum commitment, you may request cancellation by submitting our cancellation form at https://mangomint.co/JWcq9h, calling or texting 985-709-8853, or emailing theritualcoteam@gmail.com.
If you submit a cancellation request before completing the initial commitment, the cancellation will become effective only after all three required monthly payments have been completed. To avoid another monthly charge after your minimum commitment, submit your request before your next billing charge is processed.
When do my membership benefits end?
Your membership benefits, including the 10% discount, end when your cancellation is processed and becomes effective. Membership payments and charges already processed are nonrefundable.
What happens to my unused credit after I cancel?
When your cancellation becomes effective, your unused Ritual Reserve balance will be removed from your membership account and loaded onto a Ritual Co. digital gift card. The digital gift card will expire five (5) years from your effective cancellation date. The expiration date will be included with the digital gift card.
What happens if I cancel and rejoin later?
You are welcome to rejoin at any time. Any digital gift card issued after your previous cancellation will remain separate from your new membership account. Rejoining will not reset or extend the gift card's expiration date.
Can I share or transfer my Ritual Reserve credit?
Credit cannot be transferred directly from your membership account to another person. However, you may use your available credit to purchase a Ritual Co. gift card for someone else.
A gift card purchased with Ritual Reserve credit expires five (5) years from the date it is issued. Once the value is placed on a gift card, it is removed from your membership balance and cannot be transferred back.
Are membership payments, credits, or gift cards refundable?
No. Membership payments, Ritual Reserve credits, and gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash back, except where required by law.
What happens if my monthly payment fails?
If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, or charged back, your membership benefits and access to your Ritual Reserve credit may be temporarily suspended. Credit associated with an unsuccessful or reversed payment may be removed from your account.
What is the appointment cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours' advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you provide less than 48 hours' notice, or do not arrive for your scheduled appointment, a $25 late-cancellation fee will apply.
The fee may be deducted from your Ritual Reserve credit or charged to your payment method on file.
